Delivery Information
This page explains how we deliver orders from Gunsmith Online (REZLIN d.o.o.) within Slovenia, the EU and selected international destinations.
Delivery areas
We ship to addresses in Slovenia, European Union member states and other countries where our carriers operate. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a manual shipping quote.
Processing time
- In-stock catalogue items: usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmed payment (or immediately for other instant payment methods where available).
- Made-to-order or coated tools: production and coating may add several business days to several weeks, depending on specification and workload. We will inform you if lead time differs from the estimate shown at checkout.
- Service orders (sharpening, deep-hole drilling, EDM, etc.): turnaround depends on queue and job complexity; agreed deadline applies where quoted in writing.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Slovenian public holidays.
Shipping methods
We use reliable parcel and freight carriers suitable for industrial goods and cutting tools. Available services (standard parcel, express, pallet freight for larger shipments) depend on order size and destination.
Tracking information is sent by e-mail when the carrier accepts the shipment, if tracking is available for the selected service.
Delivery costs
Shipping fees are shown before you confirm your order. Free or reduced shipping promotions, when offered, apply only under the conditions stated in the promotion.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes outside Slovenia are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Receipt of goods
Please inspect the shipment on delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery document and notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and products.
If you are not available to receive a parcel, the carrier may leave a notice or deliver to a pickup point according to its terms.
Partial shipments
If part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we may ship available items first and dispatch the remainder separately at no extra shipping charge where reasonable, unless you request a single combined shipment.
Bank transfer orders
Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared after payment is received on our account. Processing time therefore starts from the date of payment confirmation, not from the date the order was placed.
