These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Gunsmith Online web store and the purchase of products and services offered by REZLIN d.o.o. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. General

Gunsmith Online is operated by REZLIN d.o.o. We supply precision cutting tools (drills, end mills, reamers and related products) and related services such as sharpening, deep-hole drilling, wire EDM, centreless grinding and induction brazing.

Product images and technical data on the website are for guidance. Minor deviations in dimensions, coatings or packaging may occur without prior notice. For critical applications, please contact us before ordering.

2. Orders and contract

An order becomes binding when we send an order confirmation by e-mail or when we begin processing a paid order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected misuse.

Custom-made or non-standard tools may require additional confirmation of drawings, tolerances and delivery times before production starts.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT and shipping. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout according to your billing and delivery address.

We accept payment methods shown during checkout, including bank transfer. For bank transfer, your order is processed after we receive payment or after the agreed prepayment for custom work. Payment instructions are provided on the order confirmation and payment document.

4. Delivery

Delivery times depend on product availability, carrier schedules and, for made-to-order items, production lead time. Estimated delivery information is available on our Delivery Information page.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier or collected by you, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

5. Returns and complaints

Standard catalogue items may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer and commercial law and our returns procedure. Custom-made, modified or clearly used tools are generally not eligible for return unless defective or not supplied as agreed.

Report visible transport damage without undue delay and keep all packaging. For quality complaints, contact us with the order number, product details and a description of the issue.

6. Warranty

We warrant that products conform to the agreed specification at the time of delivery. Tools must be used for their intended purpose, with suitable machine parameters and compatible materials. Normal wear, improper use or unauthorised modification are excluded from warranty.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect loss, production downtime or consequential damage arising from tool use unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, trademarks, product documentation and technical materials remain the property of REZLIN d.o.o. or respective rights holders. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, the competent court in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
